Improve your broadband performance

Our online tool will help you resolve your broadband performance. Before you get started, check your dial tone and power:

  • Dial tone

    Lift your telephone receiver - if you have no dial tone, the problem is with your phone line. Contact your telephone provider.

  • Power

    It sounds obvious, but check your router's power. If the lights at the front aren't on, check the router is switched on at the mains.
